At Yemorade Pet Shop, we value your satisfaction and aim to ensure every purchase meets your expectations. This Return and Refund Policy explains the conditions for returning, exchanging, or refunding any product purchased from us whether online or in-store.
Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.
2. Eligibility for Returns
You may request a return or exchange within 3 days of receiving your item if:
The product is defective, damaged, or not as described.
The wrong item or size was delivered.
The item is unused, unopened, and in the same condition you received it, with its original packaging and tags intact.
The following items are non-returnable for health and safety reasons:
Opened or used pet food and treats
Cat litter, sand, and grooming products
Live animals (cats, dogs, birds, etc.)
Customized or special-order items
3. Return Process
To initiate a return:

Provide your order number, proof of purchase, and photo evidence of the item’s condition.
Our support team will review your request and provide instructions for returning the item.
Returned products must be delivered to:

House 4, Lane 6, Oloruntedo Estate, off Alao Akala Expressway, Ibadan, Oyo State, Nigeria.
Note: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error from our side.
4. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days, and the amount will be credited to your original payment method (bank transfer, card, or mobile payment).
Refunds will cover the product cost only, excluding delivery fees, unless the return was due to our error.
5. Exchanges
We offer product exchanges for eligible returns if the replacement item is available.
If an exchange cannot be completed, a refund or store credit will be issued instead.
6. Live Animals (Pets)
All pet sales are final once the animal leaves our store or is delivered in good health.
We do not accept returns or offer refunds on live animals for hygiene, safety, and welfare reasons.
However, if a pet arrives sick or injured, you must contact us within 24 hours with clear photo or video evidence, and our team will review the case individually.
Customers are also required to:
Visit the nearest veterinary clinic within 24 hours of receiving their pet for health registration or vaccination, especially if the pet’s listing states “Not Vaccinated.”
Provide a vet confirmation receipt or record when requested, as part of our responsible pet ownership policy.
This process helps ensure your pet’s ongoing health and verifies that care begins immediately after adoption or purchase.
