Returns:
You may return most new, unopened items sold and fulfilled by Yemorade Pet Store within 2 days of delivery for a full refund. We will also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (e.g., you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
Refunds:
Once we receive your returned item(s), we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
Exchanges:
If you received a defective or damaged item, we will send you a replacement at no additional cost. Please contact us at the contact page with your order number and a description of the issue.
Non-Returnable Items:
